VVDx — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VVDx platform (including web and mobile applications) operated by VVD VIDYAVARDHANI PRIVATE LIMITED ("VVDx", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 5+ years old to create an account and use VVDx. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Platform Services

VVDx provides the following services, subject to these Terms:

VVDx Live: A marketplace for discovering and enrolling in live educational sessions, institutes, and faculty.
VVDx Hustle: A Career OS featuring job tracking, interview preparation, AI-powered career tools, and professional development resources.
VVDx Arena: Event discovery, ticketing, and community engagement for educational and networking events.
Kudos & VVDx Allies: A rewards system where credits earned through platform activities can be redeemed at partner locations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
Post, upload, or share content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others.
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems.
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from VVDx without our written consent.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
Abuse the Kudos rewards system, including creating multiple accounts to accumulate credits fraudulently.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features of VVDx may require payment (course enrollments, Hustle subscriptions, event tickets, etc.).
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms.
Prices are displayed in INR unless otherwise specified and are inclusive of applicable taxes where noted.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. You may request a refund within 28 days of payment with a valid reason subject to VVDx approval. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days and equal the actual paid amount minus a 30% platform fee and applicable GST charges. VVDx Arena payments are non-refundable. 7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and code on VVDx is owned by VVD VIDYAVARDHANI PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you create and upload, but grant VVDx a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any VVDx content without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

VVDx may integrate or link to third-party services (Google OAuth, Razorpay, analytics providers). We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

VVDx is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VVD VIDYAVARDHANI PRIVATE LIMITED and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VVD VIDYAVARDHANI PRIVATE LIMITED from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of VVDx after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Blockchain & Educational Content Disclaimer

All blockchain, cryptocurrency, Web3, and related technology courses and content available on the VVDx platform are provided solely for educational purposes. They are intended to help learners understand concepts, technologies, and industry practices — not to provide financial, investment, trading, or legal advice.

VVDx does not endorse, recommend, or promote any specific cryptocurrency, token, NFT, DeFi protocol, or digital asset.
Course content must not be construed as investment advice or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument or digital asset.
Learners are solely responsible for their own financial decisions. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
VVDx makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of blockchain-related educational content, which may become outdated as the technology evolves.

16. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the name and contact details of the Grievance Officer are provided below.
