VVDx — Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs refund requests for payments made on the VVDx platform operated by VVD VIDYAVARDHANI PRIVATE LIMITED ("VVDx", "we", "us", or "our"). By making a payment on our platform, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Scope — Covered Payments

This Policy applies to the following paid services on VVDx:

VVDx Live: Course enrollments, subject fees, and institute-related payments.
VVDx Hustle: Subscription plans (monthly and yearly) for the Career OS platform.

2. Events — VVDx Arena (Not Refundable)

VVDx Arena is the only event management platform operated by VVDx. All event discovery, organization registration, and event ticket payments made through Arena are strictly non-refundable and are not covered by this Policy. Arena transactions are final upon successful payment confirmation.

3. Refund Request Window

You may submit a refund request within 28 calendar days from the date of the original payment. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.

4. Valid Reason & Approval

Every refund request must include a valid reason describing why you are requesting a refund (e.g., duplicate payment, service not delivered, technical failure preventing access).
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by VVDx. We reserve the right to approve or reject any request at our sole discretion based on the circumstances and platform usage records.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. You will be notified of the decision via the email associated with your account.

5. Refund Amount Calculation

If your refund request is approved, the amount returned to your original payment method will be:

Refund Amount = Actual Paid Amount − (30% Platform Fee) − GST Charges

Actual Paid Amount: The total amount you paid at checkout, inclusive of any discounts applied.
Platform Fee (30%): A non-refundable platform service fee retained by VVDx to cover payment processing, infrastructure, and operational costs.
GST Charges: Applicable Goods and Services Tax levied on the transaction, as per Indian tax regulations, which are non-refundable once remitted to tax authorities.

Example: If you paid ₹1,000 (inclusive of GST), your approved refund would be approximately ₹1,000 minus 30% platform fee minus applicable GST component.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (Razorpay).

7. VVDx Hustle — Subscription-Specific Terms

Free trial period: The 30-day Hustle trial is free of charge and is non-refundable (no payment is collected during the trial).
Subscription refunds: Refund requests for monthly or yearly Hustle subscriptions must be submitted within 28 days of the relevant billing cycle payment date.
Partial usage: If you have actively used premium Hustle features (AI tools, LMS access, job tracking) during the billing period, your refund request may be partially approved or declined based on usage.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

All VVDx Arena payments (see Section 2).
Payments where more than 28 days have elapsed since the transaction date.
Services that have been substantially consumed or completed (e.g., attended live sessions, completed courses).
Fraudulent, duplicate, or abusive refund requests.
Kudos credits and partner redemption transactions.

9. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email us with the following details:

Your registered email address and full name.
Order ID or Razorpay payment ID.
Date of payment and amount paid.
Service purchased (Live course, Hustle subscription, etc.).
A clear description of your valid reason for the refund.

10. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks for valid transactions may result in account suspension.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of VVDx after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
