Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct ("Code") applies to every user of VVDx operated by VVD VIDYAVARDHANI PRIVATE LIMITED ("VVDx", "we", "us", or "our") — including students, faculty, coordinators, institutes, and any other participant. It applies to all 1-on-1 sessions, live classes, events, and other interactions facilitated through VVDx on behalf of the respective institute, as well as to communications made through the platform. By registering, joining a session, or conducting a session, you agree to follow this Code in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Purpose

VVDx connects students with institutes and faculty for learning. We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment. This Code sets out the standards of conduct expected of everyone — so that every session is productive and every participant is treated with dignity.

2. The Role of VVDx

Sessions are facilitated through VVDx on behalf of the respective institute.VVDx provides the scheduling and communication platform that brings teachers and participants together. VVDx is not responsible for private conduct or private dealings between teachers and participants that occur outside the platform, nor for information shared directly between participants outside of platform-facilitated sessions.

3. Standards for All Participants

Every participant agrees to:

• Treat teachers, fellow participants, and institute staff with courtesy and respect.
• Attend sessions on time and give reasonable notice when unable to join.
• Use session content for personal learning and not redistribute it without permission.
• Follow the rules of the relevant institute, applicable laws, and VVDx policies.

4. Standards for Faculty & Teachers

Teachers must maintain professional conduct at all times. Specifically, teachers must:

• Deliver sessions in a professional, prepared, and timely manner.
• Keep participant information confidential and never misuse it.
• Communicate schedule changes or cancellations clearly and promptly.
• Follow the rules of the relevant institute, applicable laws, and VVDx policies.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited for all users, whether student, faculty, or any other participant:

• Harassment and abuse of any kind, including verbal, written, or physical.
• Threats or intimidation, whether direct or implied.
• Discrimination based on race, caste, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or any other protected characteristic.
• Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation of identity, credentials, or services.
• Unauthorized payments — requesting or making payments outside approved VVDx channels.
• Solicitation of private business, clients, or payments outside the platform.
• Sharing personal information (contact details, addresses, or other private data) of other participants without clear consent.
• Recording or distributing sessions without the consent of all participants.

6. Payments & Private Transactions

All session fees and payments must be made only through the payment methods provided on VVDx. We do not endorse and are not responsible for:

• Direct payments made privately between teachers and participants.
• Private transactions or arrangements made outside the platform.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized or private dealings.

If you are asked to make a payment outside VVDx, do not proceed — report it to us immediately.

7. Reporting a Violation

If you experience or witness any conduct that violates this Code, please report it to us at legal@vvdx.in or through the support channels available on the platform. Include as much detail as possible (dates, session details, and a description of what happened) so we can act quickly. Reports are treated confidentially.

8. Enforcement

Violations of this Code may result in any or all of the following:

• Cancellation of the relevant session.
• Suspension or removal of the offending user's account from the platform.
• Reporting of the conduct to the relevant institute, authorities, or law enforcement.
• Legal action where applicable.

VVDx reserves the right to take any action we consider necessary to protect the safety and integrity of the platform and its users, in our sole discretion.
